The Train-the-Trainers Program is a core pillar of the USSI Erasmus+ initiative, designed to support the ongoing development of experienced martial arts coaches. This program equips senior instructors with the tools, resources, and pedagogical strategies necessary to mentor other coaches and lead inclusive, community-focused training environments.
Participants engage in structured educational modules that explore advanced coaching methodologies, leadership development, and inclusive teaching practices. The program emphasizes the dual role of trainers as both technical experts and social leaders, encouraging them to inspire others while fostering diversity, respect, and empowerment through sport.
By focusing on peer learning and reflective teaching, the Train-the-Trainers Program helps build a sustainable network of educators who are equipped to multiply the impact of the USSI project across Europe and the Western Balkans.
