Turning Values into Action
A practical framework for inclusive coaching and community impact
The USSI Erasmus+ project is built on a practical foundation: empowering martial arts educators through hands-on activities that directly support learning, inclusion, and community engagement. These activities are the operational pillars of the project, ensuring that its values — such as respect, personal development, and equal opportunity — are translated into real-world impact.
The project’s core activities are divided into four main focus areas, each addressing a critical aspect of coach development and community connection:

-
Mentoring & Coaching Support
Ongoing guidance and peer support for coaches, helping them grow not just as instructors, but as mentors and role models. -
Workshops & Training Camps
Interactive, experience-based learning events that bring coaches and participants together for immersive education. -
Train-the-Trainers Program
A structured development path for experienced coaches to deepen their skills and mentor others. -
Community Events & Presentations
Public-facing initiatives designed to connect martial arts with broader social groups, raise awareness, and build inclusion.
